align=left>On October 28, 2009, the Highlands Little League Baseball Association ("HLL") held its annual general meeting. The meeting was also an extraordinary general meeting to approve proposed changes in HLL’s by-laws. </P> <P align=left>Members in attendance received the President’s Report and the Treasurer Report dealing with the league’s operations and financial results fore the 2009 fiscal year. </P></FONT><B><FONT face=Arial,Arial size=3><FONT face=Arial,Arial size=3> <P align=left>Registration Fees</B></FONT></FONT><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">: Members approved the registration fees for 2010 as set out below: </FONT></P> <P align=left>T-Ball: $100 (unchanged from 2009) </P> <P align=left>Farm: $120 (up $10 from 2009) </P> <P align=left>Minors: $140 (up $10 from 2009) </P> <P align=left>Majors: $140 (up $10 from 2009) </P></FONT><B><FONT face=Arial,Arial size=3><FONT face=Arial,Arial size=3> <P align=left>HLL By-Laws</B></FONT></FONT><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">: Members approved, by special resolution, a number of revisions to the by-laws that govern HLL’s operations. Those revisions were intended to clarify the rules concerning membership and notice requirements, authorize the board to delegate certain responsibility to the league registrar, establish meeting schedules that are more consistent with the league’s playing season, and address other minor issues.
