VISION

To provide children with a safe, fun, and positive baseball program that demonstrates the ideals of good sportsmanship, fair play, teamwork, competition, courage and respect.

MISSION

Highlands is a non-profit organization to help and voluntarily assist young boys and girls in developing the qualities of citizenship, discipline, teamwork and physical well-being through the medium of baseball with guidance and exemplary leadership. By espousing the virtues of character, courage and loyalty, our Little League program is designed to develop superior citizens rather than superior athletes.

LITTLE LEAGUE PARENT AND VOLUNTEER PLEDGE

I will teach all children to play fair and do their best;
I will positively support all managers; coaches and players;
I will respect the decisions of the umpires;
I will praise a good effort despite the outcome of the game.
