Saturday, April 22 is shaping up to be the most fun day of the year for Highlands Baseball families!  

Not only do we have the Parent’s Social & Fundraiser Event starting at 7:00 pm, that afternoon will be the Highlands Little League Official Opening Day, which means a great opportunity to revel in hot dogs and popcorn and take part in the day’s festivities including: bouncy castles, face painting, balloon animals, opening ceremonies, AAA game, team photos and a home run derby.  Block off your calendar – this will be fun for the whole family!  

A rough timeline of the afternoon is as follows:

Noon – Event starts: let the BBQ, bouncy castles, pitching zone, face painting, and balloon animals begin

1:00 – President’s welcome and league photo 

1:30 – Opening ceremonies 

2:00 – AAA Game 

4:00 – Home Run Derby 

Please check your times for team photos and make sure players are dressed in your full uniform. As many of you already know, Highlands Little League is 100% volunteer run and events  like this are no different. If you have signed up to help, thanks in advance.
