Notice of Annual General Meeting

Take notice that the 2020 Annual Meeting of the Members of the
HIGHLANDS LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL ASSOCIATION
will be held as follows:

DATE: Monday, November 16, 2020
TIME: 7 to 8 p.m. PST
Meeting to be conducted online due to CoVID 19

The purpose of the meeting is to:

  • receive and approve the 2019 Financial Statements;
  • elect Directors for the period through to the 2021 AGM;
  • transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

As part of the AGM, we will be electing/re-electing board members for the next year. If you have any interest in participating at the board level, please be sure to reach out in advance of Monday for further information on the roles & responsibilities of board/committee members for 2020. Also, if you have any interest in holding any of the non-voting/non-elected positions supporting the board, we will be seeking individuals to fill these roles over the coming weeks, so please let us know if you are able to join the team.

Please know that you do not need a baseball resume to join us, just the desire to contribute in a meaningful way to Little League in your community.
